The apartment was absolutely amazing with plenty of space, and it was so clean and comfortable! The decor had a bit of a rustic charm that added to the overall cozy feel. The location was great, right near a bus station and in a lovely quiet area near a bustling market square. The friendly reception staff provided excellent directions with helpful photos to navigate the labyrinth-like streets. The kitchen was well-supplied with a new dishwasher and everything we needed, including an electric kettle and plenty of cookware. The towels and beddings were fresh and plentiful, and there was even extra linen available. The closet space was abundant, and we loved that we could easily enter and leave the apartment with a code instead of having to carry around keys. A nice touch was the coffee provided as a welcome gift, and having soap and shower gel already in the bathroom was super convenient. The views from the apartment, although not jaw-dropping, were still enjoyable. The location of the reception was easy to find, and the airport transfer service booked through them was quick and hassle-free. The staff was kind and accommodating. The wifi worked well enough for streaming Netflix, and the a/c kept us nice and cool. our stay was nothing short of amazing!

The location of the apartment was convenient, with easy access to the water buses and the nearby Garda lake. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and fresh beddings provided. The view from the apartment was decent, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery.
The check-in process was disorganized and unhelpful, with the staff not providing clear directions and being rude to guests.

The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The master bedroom offers a lovely view of the garden. It is located in a beautiful area, close to a market place, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is conveniently near a Vaporetto stop, making it easy to access public transportation.

The value for money at this apartment was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely view of the garden from the master bedroom. The location was ideal, close to a market square and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent directions to find the apartment in the maze-like city.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.
